You should by now think about affiliate programs,being an affiliate for a company simply involves promoting other peoples products and if they make a purchase through your link you will get a commission.This can be anything from 5% to 65% depending on the commission rates of the product you are promoting.
For example many places offer affiliate programs like Argos,Amazon,Nike,and
loads more.The most popular on the web are probably Amazon or Clickbank,Clickbank offers some great revenue but I do find it hard to promote some of their products.
Clickbank allows other people like you and I to even add our products to their marketplace,so that other people can promote your products.Because of this fact you may find it hard to find a DECENT product to promote. As I have come across some pretty,well lets say not very good products,be sure to check out the websites of the products you are promoting because sometimes they aren't very good which will result in no sales,no sales means no money for you.
Don't get me wrong you can find good products to promote but you may have to do a little searching first.Some products you promote will offer up to 65% revenue/commission so you can make some great money.
Amazon is another huge affiliate marketing place and is very well known and trusted on the web.The revenue may not offer as much as clickbank but the products I find are much better and easier to promote.I believe they offer 5% to 10%,Though if you are selling a product that has a price tag of say £300.00 and you can shift them you are talking of some very good income.(10% = £30 in you pocket)
Don't forget you are only promoting the product, so when someone does purchase something through your link or banner add you won't have to handle the product or anything,all that is done for you by the persons product you are promoting.
If your website is about babys,forex trading,dogs, ect. Then do a simple search on google, type in (affiliate programs for baby stuff ),trading systems,ect.....You will get back thousands of results.
You can also go direct to the company you wan't to promote.This can be anything from argos or nike,Normally if you go on a website scroll right down to the bottom of the site and you will find it says for example Argos partners.
Just as you can see in the snapshot I have taken,in the bottom of the right hand corner it says Argos partners and just below that it says Affiliate program.
Loads of sites have this option that not a lot of people know about,they tend to go to Amazon and Clickbank but many companies offer this as well.The best thing about it is Argos are a HUGE UK shop and very well known, therefore TRUSTED.......
Go take a look at some other sites and go to the bottom of the page,they will more than likely offer such a program.You will still wan't to join Clickbank and Amazon so here are the links to the sites....

Be sure to check both of these as they are great affiliate programs,if you site is a niche market then check websites that are the same as you niche.(A niche market is for instance,if you have a baby website then your NICHE market will be mums)
